About Homebody

We started with one dog and one favor.

Homebody began the way most good things do, with a favor. One neighbor watching another's dog turned into a waitlist, which turned into a small, carefully chosen team of sitters across the Madison area.

We've stayed deliberately small. Every sitter is insured, bonded, background-checked, and trained in pet first aid, and we'd rather know each pet by name than rush through a packed route. Your pet stays in the home they know, on the routine they love, with someone who actually shows up.

What we believe

Pets are happiest at home. Care should be calm and patient, never rushed or forced. And the people who love an animal deserve to know, with a photo and a note, that their best friend is in good hands.
